From seaside cottages and cozy BandBs to luxurious oceanfront hotels, you can find some really gorgeous places to stay in Brittany!

One of our favourites is in the oyster village of Cancale, where Brittany-based chef Olivier Roellinger has set up a few different hotels and vacation rentals, called the “Maisons de Bricourt”.

Olivier grew up in the original Maison de Bricourt, which is now the restaurant O. Roellinger.

Olivier also runs these, which we highly recommend:

Les Rimains de Bricourt
A tiny hotel (only four rooms) overlooking the sea and the bay of Mont St Michel.

Château Richeux
A grand 1920s villa with views of the ocean. Also has a seafood bistro, “Le Coquillage”.

Marine Cottages
Great option if you’re looking for self-catering or are part of a larger group.
