Hotel in Provence La Riboto de Tavel

One of the best places we’ve stayed at in Provence is La Riboton de Taven, in the provencal town of Les Baux.

What a find. Christine and her husband Phillippe run the place and are excellent hosts. The rooms are carved out of the rock, very cool!! The bedroom we stayed in was huge and very clean.

The restaurant is not cheap but we ate there on one of the nights for a special treat (we were on our honeymoon) – and the food was exquisite. The menu changes daily and is really fresh.

We cannot recommend this hotel enough!!
